Bobbin’ intoa Yorkshire!

Our students are currently bobbing into Yorkshire this half term!

To support our immersive, thematic approaches to learning, our Elements topic ‘Yorkshire’ is well underway! Many students have visited an array of places including the Thackeray Medical Museum. In class, students have studied famous Yorkshire landmarks, cities, interpreted the Yorkshire dialect and much more! Students have also had the opportunity to look at genuine historical artefacts from Yorkshire, including old maps, a police hat and Victorian handcuffs!

We would like to congratulate our students for their successes in learning this half term. Also, many thanks to Meanwood’s Artemis Apprentice for collecting our historical artefacts from Artemis in Leeds that have supported our students’ learning in class.

Just for fun!
